Proactive Investor: Astral confirms upside at Theia gold deposit

Astral Resources NL Managing Director Marc Ducler talked with Proactive about the latest infill drilling results from the Theia deposit at its 100%-owned Mandilla Gold Project near Kalgoorlie.

The company reported broad, high-grade gold intercepts such as 14 metres at 7 g/t, 40 metres at 4 g/t, and 24 metres at 2 g/t, well above the current resource grade of 1.1 g/t. Ducler said these results reinforce the confidence in the existing mineral resource estimate, while also pointing to potential upside.

“We're now drilling up the first stage into a 12-by-12 metre program ... these infill results continue to support our mineral resource estimate,” Ducler told Proactive.

The exploration campaign aims to both de-risk the resource and potentially extend mineralisation at depth.
