Group Mineral Resource Increases to 1.62 Million Ounces

Group Mineral Resource Increases to 1.62 million ounces, with Indicated Resources at the Mandilla Gold Project surpassing one million ounces. This 49% increase in Indicated Resources will support the upcoming Pre-Feasibility Study scheduled for completion in the June 2025 Quarter. The updated JORC 2012 Mineral Resource Estimate for the 100%-owned Mandilla Gold Project shows a total of 1.43 million ounces of contained gold. The resources are classified as Indicated (1.034 million ounces) and Inferred (392,000 ounces). All reported tonnages are dry metric tonnes, and the estimation uses a cut-off grade of >0.39g/t Au. This increase in Mineral Resources is based on a 0.39g/t Au cut-off and pit shells derived using a gold price of A$3,500 per ounce. The cost assumptions are informed by the upcoming Mandilla Pre-Feasibility Study.
