Astral Secures Development Partner for Think Big Project

Astral Resources has secured a Development Partner for the Think Big Gold Project, allowing for fully-funded development through a Joint Venture with Mineral Mining Services Pty Ltd. This partnership aligns both parties' interests, accelerating the project's timeline and maximizing profitability. The agreement includes a 90-day exclusivity period to finalize binding agreements. The Think Big Project offers early gold production and cash flow, reducing the need for external funding for the Mandilla Gold Project and minimizing shareholder dilution.

MMS will fund all development costs and receive a share of profits, ensuring efficient project delivery. The JV aims to commence mining in Q3 2026.
